The commission is scheduled to consider Municipal Order 2027-37, which would authorize Mayor to declare an emergency status for Lift Station B. The order also would allow the city to purchase a pump under emergency procurement procedures outlined in KRS 424.260.
The second item on the agenda is Municipal Order 2027-38, which would approve a job description for the city’s fire chief position.
Only the items listed on the agenda may be addressed. Other matters are not permitted during the meeting.
