AREA OBITUARIES – Patricia Hadden Douthitt

Patricia Hadden Douthitt, 92, of Wooster, Ohio and formerly of Fulton, Ky., passed away into the loving arms of her heavenly father while surrounded by her family on Thurs., May 7, 2026.
She was born Feb. 23, 1934 in Pinetta, Fla. On Jan. 27, 1952, she married Carl Douthitt.
She was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Patricia had previously worked as an executive assistant at Firestone Tire and Rubber Company, in Akron, Ohio and later at Terex Corporation, in Hudson, Ohio.
She loved to spend time with her family.  She liked to cook, read, and have fun with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughters, Joyce (Donald) Bowman, of West Salem, and Elizabeth (John) Eisterhold, of Pearland, Texas; grandchildren, Melissa Garver, of San Francisco, Calif., Scott Garver, of Lorain, Ohio, Emily Garver, of Cleveland, Ohio, Lauren Rogers, of Pearland, Texas, and Victoria Rogers, of La Marque, Texas; great-grandson, Bryce Castillo, of Pearland, Texas; great-granddaughters, Adelynn Navarro, of La Marque, Texas, and Aubrey Navarro, of La Marque, Texas; a brother, John Anderson, of Ritzville, Wash.; and a sister, Carol Anderson, of Thomasville, Ga.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Douthitt; father, Carl Hadden; mother, Elizabeth Anderson; and son, Michael Douthitt.
Graveside services will be held on Sat., May 16, 2026 at 1 p.m. at Maplewood Cemetery, 408 N. 6th St., Mayfield, Ky. There will be no visitation, and friends are invited to meet at the cemetery at the hour of service.
