NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, HICKMAN, KENTUCKY

The undersigned, as Mayor of the City of Hickman, Kentucky, hereby give(s)

notice to all of the members of the Board of Commissioners of Hickman that a Special

Meeting of the Board is hereby called and will be convened at City Hall, 1812 So 7th Street,

on the 18th of December, 2025 at the hour of 4 p.m. for the purpose:

1) Resolution authorizing Mayor to enter agreement with Water Management Services LLC for study of infiltration and inflow at the Wastewater Treatment Plant

b. Motion

2) Hire Amy Hensley (probationary) as Utility Billing Coordinator

a. Discussion

b. Motion

ACCEPTANCE OF WAIVER

The undersigned, being all of the members of the Board of Commissioners, and the City

Attorney of the City of Hickman, do hereby acknowledge service upon each of us of the foregoing

Notice, do hereby waive any possible informality or irregularity in the time or manner of such service

upon each of us, and do hereby specifically consent and agree that a special meeting of said Board of

Commissioners may be held at the time and place and for the purpose set forth in said Notice.
