    Fulton City updates pre-paid and free dump schedule

    The City of Fulton has updated its pre-paid and free bulk trash disposal schedule. The city reminds all residents that a pre-paid ticket must be purchased from Fulton City Hall ahead of the dump date. No tickets will be sold on the dump date and residents must have a ticket to participate. Purchased dump tickets do not expire.
