City Attorney's Report
1. Consider Municipal Order 2025-47, to approve the minutes of a regular meeting held on March 24, 2025.
2. Consider Municipal Order 2025-48, authorizing the Mayor to sign a MOU with Fulton County Transit for the purposes of providing the City of Fulton Police Department transportation services for persons within or outside of Fulton County.
3. Consider Municipal Order 2025-49, authorizing the Mayor to sign a Cooperative Agreement and Resolution for FYE 2026 Department of Rural and Municipal Aid.
4. Consider Municipal Order 2025-50, authorizing the City Manager to sign the FYE 2023 and 2024 Grant Terms and Conditions with DOT PHMSA for the award amount of $12,906,727 to be used for natural gas safety and improvements to the gas system.
5. Discussion of Free Bulk Trash and Brush Dates.
6. Consider Municipal Order 2025-51, to accept the resignation of Billy Bolton.
7. Consider Municipal Order 2025-52, authorizing the City Manager to hire Austin Long for Police Officer at Fulton Police Department.
8. Consider Municipal Order 2025-53, authorizing the City Manager to hire Shawn Adams as General Worker at the Department of Public Works.
9. Consider Municipal Order 2025-54, authorizing the City Manager to hire Macie Smith for AP Clerk Position at City Hall.
10. Consider Municipal Order 2025-55, authorizing the City Manager to hire Cauy Webb for General Worker at the Department of Public Works.
11. Consider Municipal Order 2025-56, to adjourn into Executive Session following KRS 68.810 1 (f) Discussions or hearings which might lead to the appointment, discipline, or dismissal of an individual employee, member, or student without restricting that employee's, member's, or student's right to a public hearing if requested. This exception shall not be interpreted to permit discussion of general personnel matters in secret.
