City Attorney's Report 

OLD BUSINESS:  

1. Consider Municipal Order 2025-27, to approve the minutes of a regular meeting held on January 27, 2025

2. Second reading of Ordinance 2025-1, Ordinance Amending purchase amounts by Department Heads. 
3. Second reading of Ordinance 2025-2, Ordinance Amending purchase amount by City Manager and increasing small purchase amounts. 
4. Consider Municipal Order 2025-28, to Amend the 2024 1.1 Version of the Personnel Policy to version 1.2 regarding the presented changes. 
5. Discussion: follow up on advertising for roof replacements at City Hall, Fire/Police complex and Pontotoc Community Center. 
NEW BUSINESS: 
1. Discussion: Update on the 4th Quarter 2024 Corrective Action Plan (CAP) for the Wastewater Lagoon Agreed Order, extension request and progress forward. 
2. Discussion: Termination of Services by Accenture for Natural Gas Management and the search for another provider. 
3. Discussion of agreement for reimbursement of funds from Tourism for credit card expenses. 
4. Discussion and update PHMSA Natural Gas Safety Grant Project. 
5. Consider Municipal Order 2025-29 authorizing the Mayor to sign a preliminary agreement letter with Kentucky Department for Local Government for the Land and Water (LWCF) Grant Submission to National Park Service by DLG on the City's behalf. (This would be a $125k grant stacked with the KY GRANT Program $125k and $31.4k local match to construct $281.4k in upgrades to Pontotoc Park.)
