1. Consider Municipal Order 2025-3 approval of the minutes of a regular meeting held on  November 11, 2024. 
2. Consider Municipal Order 2025-4 authorizing the City Manager to sign an engagement  letter with CRS Accounting for the FYE 2024 audit. 
3. Consider Municipal Order 2025-05 to authorize the City Manager to transition Bruce Atterberry from Seasonal to Full Time in DPW beginning December 1, 2024. 
4. Discussion Chief Poole's Graduation School of Police Staff and Command (SPSC) at  Northwestern University. 
5. Discussion of Lead Service Line Letters Sent Out. 
6. Fire Truck Purchase Update.
