 EMERGENCY UPDATE: EVACUATION IN RIVES
Rives, in Obion County, Tenn. has declared a state of emergency
Rising floodwaters have already forced the evacuation of at least 88 people, with some being transported to the hospital. This is NOT like recent floods—this is a possible mass casualty situation. Power will no longer work in homes, and conditions are rapidly worsening.

If you have self-evacuated, call 731-300-0160 to report your address and the names of people with you and a phone number.
Shelter Information:
Ridgemont – First stop for evaluation after evacuation.
Obion County Fairgrounds – Temporary shelter for a dry set of clothing and a meal.
Woodland Mills Civic Center – Permanent shelter for those who need long-term accommodations.
Please take this situation seriously. If you or someone you know needs help, make sure emergency crews are aware. Stay safe, and evacuate as soon as possible.
